“ I went to Xi’an Cuisine over the weekend and had their Cumin Lamb Flatbread sandwich. It was delicious and the meat was well-prepared, not underdone nor dry/overcooked. The spice level of the sandwich wasn’t as high as I wanted, so I added chili oil on my own to make it a bit spicier (to suit my own tastes). However, if you’re not a fan of spice then the regular version was mild (to me, anyway). The restaurant itself is small but very clean and organized. The food service was fast and the staff was very kind. Their milk bubble tea was also very delicious. Sometimes, bubble tea shops add a lot of sugar to mask the poor taste of their drinks. That wasn’t the case here. The bubble tea here was delicious but not so sweet that it gave me a headache. It also went well with the spice of my Cumin Lamb Flatbread. Overall, I had a good experience. If you are craving Chinese food with a kick, this is a good place to try. ”
“ This place needs more attention. Their flat bread sandwiches (rou jia mo) is delicious. Bread is perfect. If you’re familiar with mainland Chinese food you’ll find these items on the streets of Beijing in the morning rush as people are off to work. Taste just like I remembered 10 years ago. The hand pulled noodles are yummy as well. There most definitely is a difference in fresh noodles over dried packaged ones. The lamb skewers are more meatier than other Chinatown locations. Staff is your typical Chinese Place, so don’t be a Karen and just enjoy the food! ”
“ As a Southern or Southeast Asian Chinese, CENTRAL CHINA cuisine is exquisite and interesting. Cumin is highly used here. Flatbread? I look forward to tasting it as it looks like an arepa and/or Paratha (flakey layered bread). Cumin is also used in Sichuan cooking. I will stay away from anything intestines though because I already have high cholesterol. As for Bubble Tea, the tapioca & jelly are add-ons for 0.75. However, it's interesting that a light Mango is added unto tapioca to have the mango citrus flavor while co-existing with milk tea. LIGHT SPICY is enough for me (green and red salsa mix together for a Mexican taco). SPICY here may be flaming . Order a milky drink, just in case. Service is a okay. Basic communication. Order by line number. So, don't expect much explanation on the dishes. Interpret as you read it. The Flavor shall be a surprise for you. ”
“ 100% recommend. Really friendly people. Food was fantastic. We (two adults, teenager, 5 year old) bought way too much food - skewers, hand pulled noodles, dumplings, wanton soup, marinated tofu. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in town. ”
“ No punches pulled here. Sure the service is a bit brusque and the single TV is emanating a delightfully incomprehensible Chinese game show, but these guys aren't here to make you feel like royalty. They're here to whip up in 8 minutes the best bowl of biang biang noodles you've ever had in your life and leave it at that. Business is business. At the end of the day this is a place that makes some really really really good Shaanxi specialties. ”

“ Must get the biang biang noodles and marinated pork flatbread! The noodles were chewy and the sauce clings perfectly, this dish really packs a flavorful punch. And I got two full servings out of it! The flatbread had a generous amount of filling and was nice and crisp on the outside, very yummy. ”
